Executive Tax Programme Level III (GST) : Advanced GST 2012/13

Tax Academy is launching a new Executive Tax Programme Level III (GST) - Advanced GST 2012/13. This is the foremost training programme in the area of Goods and Services Tax (GST) for the tax professionals in Singapore. The curriculum offers rigorous training in GST advanced concepts and relevant case laws. This programme provides a platform for the exchange of tax knowledge and views between the participants from the public and private sector.

There are two components to this programme, the coursework component and the research component. Participants will have to complete 3 modules and 1 research paper over a ten-month period.

Executive Tax Programme Level III (Advanced Tax Programme) Intake 7: 2013

The Advanced Tax Programme (ATP) is the foremost training programme for tax professionals. It offers rigorous instruction on a wide range of core subjects covering: Tax Policy, Legal Framework, Singapore Individual and Corporate Income Tax, Tax Treaties, Transfer Pricing, International Tax Planning and Goods and Services Tax. There is also an elective component offering papers on Regional Tax (China & India), Tax Incentives, Tax Fraud and Investigation, and Stamp Duty.

Launched by the Tax Academy of Singapore in September 2007, the programme has seen 4 successful runs. Participants can expect to learn from the best, as courses are conducted by senior tax professionals from the Big 4 International accounting firms, the industry as well as by tax experts from IRAS.
