Mrs Fang was appointed the Chairman of Tax Academy on 2 August 2008. She is the Chairman of Great Eastern Holdings Limited. She also serves as a Director in several companies, including Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation, Banyan Tree Holdings, Singapore Telecommunications, MediaCorp and Metro Holdings. Mrs Fang is a Member of the Governing Board of Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School of Singapore and the Singapore University of Technology and Design's Board of Trustees.

Mrs Chia was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Tax Academy in November 2007. She is currently also the Deputy Commissioner of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore. Mrs Chia is a Director of Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals and a member of the SMU-Accountancy Advisory Board. She also serves on the Sub-Committee of the Pro-Tem Spore Accountancy Council (SAC) Centre of Excellence (COEX).

Mr Alan Ross was relocated to PwC in Singapore in January 2011 to take on the Tax Leadership role. Prior to his transfer to Singapore, Alan was a partner in charge of the Global Structuring practice in PwC Canada where he had responsibility for the firm’s services across International Tax, Transfer Pricing, Mergers and Acquisitions and Indirect Tax. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

He is the nominee of the ASC to the International Financial Reporting Standards Advisory Council.
