Mrs Fang was appointed the Chairman of Tax Academy on 2 August 2008. She is the Chairman of Great Eastern Holdings Limited. She also serves as a Director in several companies, including Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation, Banyan Tree Holdings, Singapore Telecommunications, MediaCorp and Metro Holdings. Mrs Fang is a Member of the Governing Board of Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School of Singapore and the Singapore University of Technology and Design's Board of Trustees.

Mrs Chia was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Tax Academy in November 2007. She is currently also the Deputy Commissioner of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore. Mrs Chia is a Director of Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals and a member of the SMU-Accountancy Advisory Board. She also serves on the Sub-Committee of the Pro-Tem Spore Accountancy Council (SAC) Centre of Excellence (COEX).

Mr Alan Ross was relocated to PwC in Singapore in January 2011 to take on the Tax Leadership role. Prior to his transfer to Singapore, Alan was a partner in charge of the Global Structuring practice in PwC Canada where he had responsibility for the firm’s services across International Tax, Transfer Pricing, Mergers and Acquisitions and Indirect Tax. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

Mr Ee is the Council member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS). He is also a member of the Accounting Standards Council (ASC) as well as in its sub-committee on Accounting Standards for Charities and on Accounting Standards for Societies. He is the nominee of the ASC to the International Financial Reporting Standards Advisory Council. He also chairs the Public Transport Council, Medifund Advisory Council, Council for the Third Age, The National Kidney Foundation and serves on several other social committees.

Mr Leung is a Partner in the Tax Practice. His main practice areas are income tax, goods & services tax, stamp duty and property tax. He was previously with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and last held the posts of Chief Legal Officer and Chief Valuer concurrently. He was previously awarded the Public Administration Medal when he was in the Civil Service. Mr Leung is presently Honorary Tax Advisor to the Real Estate Developers' Association of Singapore and an Adjunct Associate Professor in the School of Real Estate at the National University of Singapore.

Mr Owi is the Deputy Managing Partner at KPMG in Singapore. He has extensive experience ranges from providing tax-related advice in mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring and cross-border transactions to Initial Public Offers. He has also contributed articles extensively to the media on a wide range of tax topics, as well as commented on issues of concern to Singapore enterprises.

Mr Aubrey is a Partner, with Ernst and Young, Singapore. He has extensive experience in providing tax advice, and worked in London, Mexico and Lisbon, before coming to Singapore in 1996. Prior to working in tax, Russell worked in the audit practice of a major public accounting firm in the UK for three years.

Mr Steve Towers is the Asia Pacific Leader of Deloitte’s international tax practice, which includes the Asia Pacific International Core of Excellence. He has substantial experience in advising MNCs on corporate structuring and restructuring, real estate investment structuring, mergers and acquisitions, hybrid instruments, transfer pricing, use of double tax treaties, permanent establishment issues, and tax aspects of supply chain planning. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and also a former Chairman of the International Fiscal Association (Singapore branch).

Professor Yeo is the Interim Dean at Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She was on the Board of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) and a member of ACRA’s Public Accountants Oversight committee and Audit. She is currently a Council member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Singapore and serves on its committees such as the Accreditation Committee, and chairs the Board of Education and Examinations Committee.
