20th Anniversary Conference

As a network of networks connecting government, academia, industry leaders and tax professionals, Tax Academy of Singapore was proud to bring together diverse perspectives from across the region for a day of meaningful dialogue on the future of taxation.

We were deeply honoured to have Second Minister for Finance and National Development, Indranee Rajah, grace the conference as Guest-of-Honour and deliver the opening address.

Minister Indranee highlighted the importance of building a future-ready and resilient tax ecosystem amid rapid global change. She underscored Singapore’s commitment to international tax cooperation, responsible AI adoption, strengthening tax certainty and investing in capabilities to help businesses and professionals navigate an increasingly complex global tax landscape.

Her remarks also reinforced the importance of collaboration, innovation and lifelong learning in preparing the tax community not only to adapt to change, but to anticipate and shape the future.

As Tax Academy marks its 20th anniversary this year, the conference served as a meaningful reflection of our continued commitment to fostering dialogue, strengthening capabilities and bringing together diverse perspectives to support a future-ready tax community.
