About Our Partnership
Tax Academy of Singapore values its relationship with NTUC's e2i and its contributions towards strengthening skills development and career opportunities within the tax profession.
Through support for professional training, sponsorship of Tax Academy initiatives and collaborative career engagement activities, e2i has helped connect tax education with broader workforce development efforts.

Areas of Collaboration
Supporting Accessible Tax Education
Developing professional capabilities requires access to relevant, high-quality education. e2i has supported skills upgrading through training grants for eligible participants of selected Tax Academy programmes, helping to reduce financial barriers to professional learning. Such support complements Tax Academy's efforts to equip individuals with foundational and advanced tax knowledge and encourage continuous professional development.
Connecting Education with Employment
As the tax profession evolves through technological developments, regulatory changes and changing business needs, opportunities are emerging for professionals with diverse backgrounds and skillsets. Through collaborative career engagement initiatives, e2i and Tax Academy have helped connect employers, industry practitioners, graduates and individuals interested in building careers in taxation. These connections encourage greater awareness of career pathways within the profession while supporting conversations on the skills and capabilities needed for the future.
Nurturing Future Tax Talent
Beyond technical training, the development of Singapore's tax profession depends on encouraging new talent and recognising professional achievement. e2i has supported Tax Academy initiatives celebrating educational excellence and helping individuals establish connections with the wider tax community. Together, these efforts contribute to a stronger pipeline of professionals equipped to navigate the changing demands of the tax landscape.
