Full-Time Careers
Join a team that is shaping the future of tax education in the region.
Why Join Tax Academy?
Tax Academy was established by some of the most respected names in the industry — the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), the Big 4 accounting firms, the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP), and the Law Society of Singapore. We sit at the intersection of policy, education, and industry, working with tax practitioners from every walk of life and every corner of the region.
But we are more than a training institution. We are a community — one that is deeply committed to developing the current and next generation of tax professionals, and equally committed to investing in every single officer on our team. As Singapore and the region move towards digitalisation, we are growing, evolving, and expanding our capabilities. We want driven, curious individuals to grow with us.
We operate in a fast-moving, high-demand environment, and we understand that sustainable performance goes hand in hand with work-life integration. At Tax Academy, we take that seriously.

Our Open Roles
Senior Programme Executive/ Programme Executive – Digital & Programme Operations
Role Purpose
The Programme Executive – Digital & Programme Operations is responsible for ensuring that Tax Academy programmes are operationally ready and effectively supported across the Academy’s programme and digital systems.
The role provides end-to-end operational support from programme setup and registration through delivery, completion and post-programme access.
The role holder is expected to take ownership of operational and digital requirements, identify gaps early, resolve routine issues independently and continuously improve programme workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Programme & ATP Operations
Coordinate operational delivery of assigned programmes from setup through completion.
Manage programme schedules, trainer administration, learner communications, course materials, attendance, assessments, certificates and programme records.
Support the administration and operational requirements of ATP and other structured programmes.
Monitor programme timelines, registrations and completion requirements and identify gaps before they affect delivery.
Handle routine learner and trainer operational matters independently.
Digital Programme Activation
Ensure programmes are appropriately activated across relevant digital channels and systems.
Set up and maintain programme information on the Tax Academy website, Tax Academy Portal and relevant registration/access platforms.
Configure Zoom Events for webinars, hybrid programmes and on-demand learning, including registration, sessions, lobby content, recordings and access.
Ensure digital touchpoints are incorporated into standard programme activation checklists rather than dependent on individual Programme Owners.
Systems & Portal Operations
Support day-to-day administration of the Tax Academy Portal and other programme systems.
Identify workflow or user issues and coordinate with vendors/developers where technical escalation is required.
Maintain system documentation, SOPs, access requirements and operational backups.
Work towards greater standardisation and automation of programme processes.
Data & Analytics
Extract and prepare programme, registration, attendance and engagement data.
Maintain routine programme and digital performance reports.
Identify registration, conversion, engagement or learner-experience gaps.
Provide Programme Owners and management with useful operational insights rather than data alone.
Continuous Improvement
Review workflows to reduce manual work, duplication and errors.
Identify underutilised digital capabilities and recommend practical applications.
Maintain and improve programme and digital SOPs, checklists and templates.
Ensure critical processes are documented and can be performed by backup staff.
Candidate Profile
Strong operational and digital aptitude; able to manage multiple programmes and systems independently. Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, websites, virtual-event platforms and troubleshooting unfamiliar workflow issues. Experience in training administration, education operations, digital operations or event technology would be useful.
Expected mindset:
“What needs to happen for this programme to run smoothly, and what can I resolve before it becomes an issue?”
Senior Programme Executive/Programme Executive – Venue, Events & Marketing Operations
Role Purpose
The Programme Executive – Venue, Events & Marketing Operations is responsible for ensuring that Tax Academy programmes and events are visible, well-executed and professionally experienced by participants and stakeholders.
The role combines TAS Hub operational readiness, event execution and marketing activation, ensuring that programmes are properly promoted and that the physical and hybrid participant experience is ready from arrival through programme completion.
The role works under the relevant functional managers for Facilities and Marketing while taking day-to-day ownership of execution within the assigned portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Venue & Facilities Operations
Ensure classrooms, meeting rooms and common spaces are operationally ready for programmes and events.
Review upcoming schedules and anticipate room layouts, furniture, partitions, equipment and logistical requirements.
Conduct routine readiness checks and proactively address facilities issues.
Coordinate with building management, contractors and vendors within delegated authority.
Maintain facilities checklists, inventories and issue logs.
AV & Hybrid Event Readiness
Conduct pre-event checks of displays, microphones, cameras, audio systems, Zoom Rooms and related AV equipment.
Troubleshoot first-line AV issues and escalate more complex technical problems appropriately.
Coordinate with Digital & Programme Operations for hybrid and virtual components.
Maintain AV operating procedures and ensure basic backup capability exists.
Event Operations
Coordinate operational requirements for seminars, conferences, stakeholder engagements and other TAS Hub events.
Anticipate setup, logistics, signage, registration and participant-flow requirements.
Coordinate room transitions and restoration after events.
Work across programme, facilities and digital teams to ensure participants experience one seamless event rather than separate operational workstreams.
Marketing Activation
Support timely marketing activation for programmes and events.
Coordinate programme/event listings across the website, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn Events and relevant social channels, working with the Marketing function.
Prepare or coordinate basic publicity assets and event information.
Ensure programme launches and event publicity follow established marketing checklists and timelines.
Support event photography, content capture and post-event publicity where appropriate.
Participant Experience
Review the physical participant journey—from pre-arrival information and registration through arrival, venue experience and departure.
Identify recurring pain points and recommend improvements.
Ensure venue presentation and event execution reflect Tax Academy’s desired professional standard.
SOPs & Continuous Improvement
Maintain operating checklists for venue setup, AV readiness, event execution and marketing activation.
Document recurring processes and train designated backups.
Identify recurring operational issues and recommend structural solutions rather than repeatedly applying temporary fixes.
Candidate Profile
Strong practical and organisational capability with an eye for both operational detail and participant experience. Comfortable coordinating events, facilities, AV, vendors and marketing activities. Able to spot what is missing and act without waiting for detailed instructions. Experience in events, venue operations, marketing operations, hospitality, training administration or AV would be advantageous.
Expected mindset:
“Is the programme visible, is the venue ready, and will the participant experience work?”
