Marketing — Elevate tax literacy. Reach a new generation.
About the Role
Tax Academy is looking for interns! If you are an undergraduate looking to gain real-world experience and put your creativity to the test, this is the opportunity for you. You will not just be shadowing — you will own a project from start to finish, and see your work come to life in a real organisation. As a bonus, you will get to present your work directly to the management in Tax Academy.
What You Will Do
Get onboarded into the team, learn what Tax Academy does, and understand how we operate
Develop and fine-tune a project proposal with guidance from the team
Execute your project independently, with support along the way
Provide monthly updates on your project's progress
Deliver a final presentation of your work to the CEO of Tax Academy
Your Project: Marketing Campaign
Your key project will be to develop and run a marketing campaign to elevate tax literacy among the non-tax professionals including Gen Zs and Gen Alphas. This is a full-scale campaign spanning all mediums, with a focus on organic growth and the power of user-generated content (UGC). You will be expected to think creatively about how to reach and engage younger audiences without relying heavily on paid advertisements.
You will have the opportunity to explore and leverage tools such as Google AdSense, Google Trends, and any other platforms or tools you are familiar with to inform and support your campaign strategy. Crucially, this is not just a planning exercise — you will create the actual campaign materials, launch the campaign, and watch it grow in real time, with the chance to fine-tune your approach as you go.
What You Will Gain
Hands-on experience running a live marketing campaign from ideation to execution
Exclusive access to training, conferences, seminars, and events held at Tax Academy during your internship
The rare opportunity to learn from and interact with world-renowned tax practitioners from across the region
A final presentation to the management of Tax Academy, giving you meaningful exposure at the leadership level

Operations & Technology — Power the engine behind Tax Academy.
About the Role
Tax Academy is looking for interns who want to get their hands dirty and learn real-world skills that will set them apart. This is not a project-based internship — instead, you will be embedded in the team, working alongside our officers on live operations across events management, data analytics, and technology. If you are someone who enjoys figuring out how things work and making them work better, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
Events Management
Support the planning and execution of both live and virtual events, gaining hands-on experience in the full events lifecycle from preparation to post-event wrap-up
Data & Analytics
Work on marketing, revenue, and academic-wide analytics to derive meaningful insights that inform decisions across the entire academy
Develop the ability to translate raw data into clear, actionable recommendations — and build the habit of making data-driven decisions
Technology & Systems
Gain hands-on experience working with our website, Learning Management System (LMS), and various technical integrations
Support and develop basic automation workflows using tools such as Power Automate
Learn systems thinking and workflow design, understanding how different parts of an organisation connect and how to design processes that are efficient and scalable
What You Will Gain
Real-world, practical experience across events, data, and technology — all within a single internship
A strong foundation in systems thinking and workflow design that will serve you well in any career
The skills and confidence to make data-driven decisions in a live organisational setting
Hands-on exposure to enhancing learner experience, driving digital product growth, and improving operational efficiency through process automation
Exclusive access to training, conferences, seminars, and events held at Tax Academy during your internship
The opportunity to learn from and interact with world-renowned tax practitioners and thought leaders from across the region
Who We Are Looking For
A polytechnic or undergraduate student, minimally enrolled in a diploma programme in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Event Management, or Programme Management — though students from other disciplines with a strong interest in technology and operations are welcome to apply
Comfortable working with data and eager to learn how to derive insights from it
Familiar with or keen to explore automation tools such as Power Automate
A systems thinker who enjoys understanding how things connect and finding ways to make them work better
Proactive, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves
