Programme Overview

• The modular workshops consisting of 3 modules:

  • Understand the origins and outcomes of the original BEPS project, and the broad mechanics of the Two-Pillar Solution.

  • Determine whether an MNE Group is in scope of the GloBE Rules and, if so, make the adjustments and computations to establish any top-up tax liability.

  • Understand and assess the impact of GloBE on tax incentives, transfer pricing and other aspects of international tax planning.
