Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Do I need a paid Zoom license to watch the recordings?
A: No. You only need a basic, free Zoom account.
Q: Can I watch the seminars on my mobile phone or tablet?
A: Absolutely. The Zoom Events web portal is fully responsive, or you can watch directly via the native Zoom application installed on your iOS or Android device.
Q: How long do seminar recordings stay available online?
A: The seminar recordings will only be available for the duration of the Zoom event and will not remain accessible afterwards.
Q: Are CPD points awarded?
A: CPD points are not automatically awarded merely by launching or exiting a recording.
Q: Can I watch seminars on my mobile phone's web browser without downloading the Zoom app?
A: Yes, mobile web browser access is possible, but functions will be limited. For the best experience, we highly recommend downloading the free Zoom application.
Q: Why am I unable to access sessions happening later next week with my current registration?
A: Registration is strictly limited to each specific Zoom Event duration. A single Zoom multi-session event can run for a maximum of 6 days. Should you require continuous access, you may register for multiple sequential Zoom events (subjected to availability).

Troubleshooting Solutions
Error: You do not have permission to access this hub/event
Reason: You are logged into a personal Zoom account, but the event registration or ticket is tied to your corporate email address (or vice versa).
Fix
1. Go to Zoom.us in your browser and click Sign Out completely.
2. Return to the Tax Academy Zoom Events URL.
3. Click Sign In and ensure you use the exact email address used during your initial seminar registration.
Error: Video player is stuck spinning, loading, or completely blank.
Reason: Browser caching conflicts, outdated browser versions, or aggressive tracking blockers.
Fix
1. Try Incognito Mode.
2. Switch Browsers (Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge preferred).
3. Disable Extensions (Ad-blockers or strict privacy restrictions).
Error: "Ticket not found" or "Register to view this content"
Reason: Your payment or attendance status hasn't synced, or you haven't claimed your on-demand viewing access token.
Fix
1. Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a confirmation email sent directly by Zoom Events with the subject line: "Your ticket for [Seminar Name]".
2. Click the direct "Join Hub" or "View Recording" link inside that specific email to force a secure handshake between your browser and the ticket system.
For Singapore Government and Corporate Users: If you are accessing this portal using a corporate-issued laptop or a government network (such as GMD or a secure intranet), certain restricted video streaming protocols may block Zoom Events. Try switching to a personal device or logging out of your corporate VPN if issues persist.
